SPF Private Clients integrates with Yourkeys

Published on

SPF Private Clients has completed a full integration with property software solution Yourkeys.

Yourkeys, which is part of Zoopla, takes the entire property sales process online. Its software provides buyer/seller onboarding and sales progression tools with a real-time reservation-to-completion software platform.

Yourkeys says its software aims to streamline processes providing greater transparency for all parties across the new home-buying process. This in turn leads to greater consistency and cost savings.

SPF Private Clients has fully integrated Yourkeys into its bespoke CRM system Pivotal FS, a mortgage, protection and insurance CRM. This enables SPF to qualify buyers for a mortgage using Pivotal before passing the qualification status and mortgage progression updates in real time to Yourkeys.

James Rodea, chief operating officer of SPF Private Clients, said: “I am delighted to announce our strategic partnership with Yourkeys. Our focus is always on the client journey and enabling a seamless flow of information in order to make the property-buying process as seamless as possible.”

Riccardo Iannucci-Dawson, chief executive officer of Yourkeys, added: “Our ambition is to create greater transparency for all stakeholders through the entire purchase and conveyancing progress, including for brokers. Our integration with SPF Private Clients is another step on this journey.

“The integration will drive a range of efficiencies including real-time updates for brokers, buyers and conveyancers and the automatic feedback of exchange dates. This ensures transactions can be completed faster meaning brokers can collect their commissions even more quickly.”
