Source extends quote guarantee period

The Source has now extended its household insurance quote guarantee from 30 to 90 days for all quotes generated through its Source Online panel quotation system.

The Source is an online comparative quotation system that enables intermediaries to quote, compare and sell a range of general insurance policies. It offers guaranteed quotes on buildings and contents, buy-to-let insurance and MPPI.

Mick Cairns, Source head of sales, said: “This exciting change allows brokers to arrange home insurance at a guaranteed premium for the same length as most mortgage offers. Brokers now have the security of knowing when they come to action the mortgage within 90 days
