SortRefer unveils conveyancing app

Published on

Online conveyancing portal SortRefer has released what it claims to be the first app designed to providing brokers with a way to provide quotes, monitor client cases and also receive instant progress updates.

The app, available on Android today, will be in the Apple Store later in February, and provides users with a 24/7 link to the portal for quotes and clients’ case progress.

Features include:

  • Ability to obtain instant conveyancing quotes from phone or tablet devices.
  • Pulls through all client data including – saved quotes, active, completed, archived declined and canceled cases
  • Ability to save quotes and email them anywhere as PDFs
  • Individuals can view and access their case summaries on all aspects of active and closed cases
  • All case tracking milestones are ‘pushed’ to the app such as case acceptance, sending out of the client care pack, when it was received, completion and any notes uploaded by the conveyancing supplier

Kevin Tunnicliffe, SortRefer’s managing director, said: “This is a game changing advance for brokers. Not only are they now able to get instant and penny accurate quotes at any time, but they now also have real time updates on progress and access to new, existing and archived cases in their pockets.

“For busy brokers looking after multiple clients at different stages in the process, this acts as an instant reminder facility so they can follow up clients immediately. It will help to cut down wasted time and speed up the whole system. We have been testing the app and our trial users have been very impressed.”
