SortRefer rolls out new app

Online conveyancing portal SortRefer has launched the second version of its mobile app.

The SortRefer app provides instant access from Apple and Android powered smartphones and tablets to broker cases, past and present, providing quotes for new clients, monitoring client cases and instant updates of progress.

The newest version now also offers a similar facility for quotes for surveys and valuations, as well as mobile access to SortRefer’s newest service – will referral, which launched last week.

Kevin Tunnicliffe, SortRefer’s managing director, said: “We are delighted with the take up and the feedback we have received from new users. Taking conveyancing quotation and tracking out of the office and putting it on mobile devices will further improve our service to brokers and their clients. We are definitely the leaders not only in our application of online technology in this area, but also because our selection process is based around strong fulfillment criteria for conveyancing firms to join our panel. More and more feedback from new users reports significant improvements over other platforms after trying the SortRefer service.

“SortRefer is all about providing cutting edge technology driven services to intermediaries, designed to enhance the experience they give their clients backed up by a market leading professional and human customer service ethic.”

Brian Melling of Mortgage2move, said: “The ability to quickly quote, instruct and case track while away from the office makes the SortRefer app both an easy money earner and a valuable time saver. If only mortgages were this broker friendly.”
