SortRefer reports record January

Published on

SortRefer has reported significant growth across all areas of the business during January 2025.

The firm said its figures for the first month of the year exceeded all expectations, with the business recording a 14% increase in instructions across all sectors compared to January 2024 and conveyancing instructions up by 10% year-on-year.

SortRefer also surpassed its key business targets, achieving 122% of its instructions target and 107% of its completions target for the month, setting a positive tone for the year ahead.

It said one of the key drivers behind its performance was the relaunch in December 2024 of SortRefer’s remortgage products, specifically Fixed Price Legals and Flexible Legals.

The company has recently relaunched Sort Club, its exclusive loyalty scheme, for the fifth consecutive year.

Sort Club rewards SortRefer’s broker and intermediary clients with a range of “luxury” gifts and benefits in addition to their referral fees whenever they utilise the SortRefer system.
