SortRefer reintroduces Sort Club loyalty scheme

Published on

SortRefer has announced the relaunch of Sort Club, its loyalty scheme for brokers and intermediaries, which will run for its fifth consecutive year in 2025.

The programme offers additional rewards alongside referral fees for those using the SortRefer system for conveyancing and legal services.

TIERED REWARD STRUCTURE

The scheme operates on a tiered milestone system, with brokers advancing through six levels based on the number of completed conveyancing cases. Rewards start at Bronze for 15 cases, progressing to Silver for 25, Gold for 50, Diamond for 75, and Platinum for 100. The highest tier, Elite, is awarded to those completing 150 or more cases.

Participants at each level receive a selection of rewards, including vouchers, luxury hampers, fine wines, experience days, spa retreats, and overnight stays. Brokers reaching the Elite level can receive vouchers worth up to £350.

GROWING PARTICIPATION

Since its launch in 2021, Sort Club has recognised nearly 2,000 brokers and intermediaries, with participation increasing each year. In 2024, over 970 brokers received rewards, nearly three times the number recorded the previous year.

Brokers and intermediaries with a SortRefer account are automatically enrolled in the programme, with no additional registration required.

ONGOING SUPPORT FOR BROKERS

SortRefer, which launched in 2009, provides a range of conveyancing and ancillary services through its online portal. The company states that Sort Club is intended to acknowledge the role brokers play in its continued growth.

Kevin Tunnicliffe (pictured), CEO of SortRefer, said: “We greatly appreciate the brokers and intermediaries who trust and rely on our platform. Their ongoing support has been instrumental in SortRefer’s continued growth, and Sort Club is our way of giving back, offering fantastic rewards throughout the year.

“Sort Club reflects our commitment to building strong, positive relationships with our clients. Any IFA or mortgage broker can register with SortRefer free of charge and gain access to a comprehensive portfolio of products designed to support their clients throughout the home-moving process.

“We look forward to another successful year of rewarding and supporting our valued partners.”
