SortRefer has held a Conveyancing and Lending morning event in Reading.

The firm’s South East BDM, Wesley Davies, brought together industry specialists for the event, where 20 intermediaries could gain CPD accreditation for attending.

SortRefer were joined by Matt McDougall from Buckinghamshire Building Society; Bradley Street from Hodge for Intermediaries; Ravi Shabajee from Kensington Mortgages; Stacey Wood from Vida Homeloans; Debbie Holmes from Tipton & Coseley Building Society; Colin Chandler from The Co-operative Bank; Shane Dye from Earl Shilton Building Society; Simon Clark from Mpowered Mortgages; Jennifer Alderman from Coventry for Intermediaries and Paul Wood from Stamp Duty Check.

SortRefer is planning to hold more regional events across the UK this year.

Davies said: “It was a really great day. All the lenders turned up with their merchandise, banners and were ready to go for the mornings event. We had 20 attendees turn up and it was really great to meet new faces and we had some very keen brokers who are looking to start using our products.

“All the lenders absolutely loved the morning too, was a great opportunity for networking and we are already in talks for more of these events to come. I’m looking forward to collaborating again and seeing what the next one brings.”
