SortRefer adds new loyalty scheme incentives

Published on

SortRefer has made changes to Sort Club, its loyalty scheme for mortgage intermediary clients.

The Sort Club is an exclusive scheme specifically for SortRefer’s mortgage intermediary clients and gives them the chance to earn a series of ‘luxury’ rewards alongside their referral fees whenever they utilise the SortRefer system.

There are six separate levels – Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond, Platinum and Elite, with a series of gifts on offer whenever clients hit specific case completion milestones. Rewards include spa days and hotel stays to luxury hampers, fine wines and much more.

The latest incentive changes include a new lower threshold for the bronze level. Now, users will automatically receive a £15 lifestyle voucher when they have completed 15 conveyancing cases rather than 25 under the original scheme.

In addition, the number of conveyancing cases needed to reach each of the other five levels are 25 completed cases for Silver level, 50 cases for Gold, 75 for Diamond, 100 for Platinum and 150 plus for Elite level.

Since it was launched in 2021, SortRefer has celebrated the loyalty of over 1,000 clients by rewarding them with a whole host of prizes. In 2023, more than 340 clients received rewards.

Clients who are already registered with a free SortRefer account are automatically enrolled in the Sort Club loyalty scheme and will receive rewards based on completed conveyancing cases carried out from 1 January to 31 December 2024.

Graham Le Bas (pictured), head of broker proposition at SortRefer, said: “Since it was launched in 2021, Sort Club has gone from strength to strength and is now a really popular initiative which enables us to thank our loyal clients for using our services.

“We are committed to developing positive relationships with our clients and would encourage any IFA or Mortgage Broker to register with SortRefer free of charge, where they will be able to access a portfolio of products which will support their clients throughout their home move process.”
