Sort Group achieves silver Investors in People

Sort Group has been awarded the Silver accreditation by Investors in People.

Only 15% of the organisations Investors in People assess achieve the Silver award.

Sort Ground consists of brands SortRefer, Sort Move and Sort Legal.

Paul Devoy, CEO of Investors in People, said: “We’d like to congratulate Sort Group. Silver accreditation is a remarkable effort for any organisation and places Sort Group in line with a host of organisations that understand the value of people.”

Kevin Tunnicliffe (pictured), CEO of Sort Group, added: “After a challenging few years, this is a fantastic achievement and we would just like to take this opportunity to thank all of our staff for their continuous hard work.

“The aim of this assessment was not only to see how we are doing as a Group, but also provide us with some insight and guidance on how to improve. This is our commitment to our employees that we will continue to invest in the business and provide new opportunities whilst supporting people to be the best that they can be.”
