Somo’s Black Friday campaign reduces valuation costs by 90%

Somo Bridging has provided details of its Black Friday 2023 event, which gives borrowers a 90% refund on valuation costs.

Last year’s one-day-only Black Friday event resulted in a 400% increase in deals locked in, but Somo expects this year to be larger because, in a change to the normal promotion period, this year’s Black Friday offer runs throughout November.

Jade Keval, Somo’s sales director, said: “Our Black Friday promotion is always the most popular one of the year and with the potential to make such great savings it’s easy to see why. Brokers get deals over the line and Borrowers can save up to £5000.

“We constantly ask ourselves ‘Why make Bridging difficult’ when looking for ways to support our Brokers and give them a better lending experience. In 2022, four times more deals were locked in over a 24-hour Black Friday period, which was a rewarding, but led to a super-busy few days. This time we asked ourselves – Why make Black Friday difficult? To ease the pressure, we’re making every day Black Friday until 24th November.

“Aside from these savings, Borrowers get to benefit from our market-leading Valuation Only product, speedy completions and a simple, streamlined process that’s unrivalled in the sector.”

To qualify, deals must be locked in and paid for before midnight on Friday 24 November and valuations paid by midnight on 30th November.
