Smartr365 and Legal & General Mortgage Club renew partnership

Smartr365 has announced the renewal of its longstanding partnership with Legal & General Mortgage Club.

The arrangement means members of Legal & General Mortgage Club will continue to have a choice of two commercial packages, both of which combine Smartr365’s CRM platform, with the research and sourcing capabilities of Legal & General Ignite.

Broker firms who are not currently members of Legal & General Mortgage Club can also take advantage of the packages if they meet the minimum qualification criteria.

Smartr365 is designed to help mortgage and protection advisers to streamline case workflows, submit mortgage and protection applications, and analyse performance to drive growth with integrated tools.

Additionally, Legal & General Ignite integrates an affordability calculator, client criteria, product sourcing and property check functionality in one interface.

Clare Beardmore, director of distribution and mortgage club, Legal & General Mortgage Services, said: “With the mortgage market picking up pace, it is even more important that we arm advisers with the most valuable, comprehensive, and innovative tech tools on offer to reduce the burden of avoidable admin.

“By combining the very best aspects of our sourcing, research, and CRM capabilities, Legal & General Mortgage Club members will benefit from a very comprehensive digital offering that supports both mortgage and protection applications. Our tech offering is evolving constantly, and we look forward to developing it further throughout the year.”

Conor Murphy, CEO and founder of Smartr365, added: “Smartr365 was founded to evolve the way that the mortgage industry conducts business, and our renewed partnership with Legal & General Mortgage Services is testament to this.

“The mortgage industry has long dragged its feet with tech adoption, but we’re hoping to fast track its journey to digitisation, and ensure it avoids missing out on the efficiency gains at stake. We look forward to the next stage of our partnership with Legal & General Mortgage Services and our other valued partners.”
