Smartr365 went live to the whole of the intermediary market in 2020 and promises full end-to-end processing covering all aspects of the mortgage and house-buying process.
Its vision for 2021 is centered on moving away from the CRM label and towards being an end-to-end mortgage platform.
Its business strategy is centered on acquisition and retention of new users. It says it will be deploying “cutting edge” technology focused on increasing the volume of leads brokers receive, matching that with tools that make it easier and easier to handle high volumes of clients.
