Smart Money has announced an office move for its Scottish office to larger premises in Glasgow to help deal with the greater volume of business it is now processing for Scottish intermediaries.

The second charge specialist distributor has a dedicated office for Scottish business in Glasgow, as well as an office in Cheshire handling the rest of the England and Wales.

Paul Crewe, managing director of Smart Money, said: “We have been delighted with the increasing volumes of business we have received in 2014 from our Scottish introducers. The decision to have a dedicated Scottish office dealing exclusively with Scottish business has been properly vindicated and the move to larger offices will help us to gear up our service even further.

“Thanks to the proactivity of our salespeople and the support of our extensive lending panel, business in Scotland is going to grow even further in 2015 and we are looking forward to maintaining our position as the biggest second charge provider in Scotland.”
