Skipton makes senior HR appointment

Skipton Building Society has appointed Rachel Fawcett as chief human resources officer.

She has held the role of chief of human resources at Skipton’s mortgage servicing subsidiary Homeloan Management Limited (HML) for the past five years.

In her new role, which she is expected to begin in June, Fawcett will be responsible for defining the people strategy strand of the Society’s ongoing transformation programme.
