Skipton Building Society has reduced rates on certain residential and buy-to-let fixed rate products.
Residential rates have been cut by up to 0.25 basis points on selected two and three-year fixed rates.
Meanwhile, buy-to-let fixed rates have been reduced by 0.30 basis points.
