Skipton Intermediaries has added a new twitter account, purely to offer broker focussed customer service.

It believes the channel – @SBSBrokerHelp is the first from a lender in the UK on Twitter.

It is operated by Skipton’s broker support team and designed to improve service by offering brokers more choice around how they can get in touch.

The team will be available to respond to all broker questions during these hours: 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday and 9am – 12pm Saturday

The account is different to @SkiptonIntermediary which is set up to share the latest updates from Skipton and news from across the industry.
