Skipton BS adds new 95% deals

Skipton Building Society has launched new three and five-year fixes to 95% LTV, with fees of £195, and cut rates on selected two-year trackers.

The three and five-year fixes are priced at 5.99%.

The rates on its two-year base rate tracker products to 85% LTV have been reduced by 0.20 percentage points.

The current two-year fixed rate to 95% LTV at 5.99% is being withdrawn.
