SimplyBiz Mortgages widens Vernon BS mortgage distribution

SimplyBiz Mortgages is rolling out Vernon Building Society mortgages across England and Wales, following a successful pilot in the mutual’s North West heartland.

Members of the mortgage club are now able to access the full range of Vernon’s mortgages, including its Retirement Interest-Only deal and joint borrower, single owner lending options.

Martin Reynolds, chief executive of SimplyBiz Mortgages, said: “We partner with lenders which offer something new and beneficial to our members, and Vernon’s approach to lending and product development does just that. We look forward to building on a great start.”

Tom Gurrie (pictured), head of intermediary sales at Vernon Building Society, added: “SimplyBiz Mortgages is recognised as a leading mortgage club and our positive experience has already shown us why that is. We can’t wait to help its brokers across England and Wales find bespoke lending solutions for their clients.”
