SimplyBiz Mortgages unveils second ‘Summer of Learning’

Published on

SimplyBiz Mortgages has announced the return of its ‘Summer of Learning’ for 2021.

The month-long programme of virtual events will run from 6-25 August and will feature sessions delivered in a number of formats, focussing on subjects including emerging technology in the sector, niche products and support from lenders and services from building societies.

In addition to speakers from SimplyBiz, the events will also feature presenters from partners including Accord Mortgages, Keystone Mortgages, Foundation Home Loans, Skipton Building Society, Key Group, Leeds Building Society, Nottingham Building Society, Hinkley & Rugby Building Society, Buckinghamshire Building Society, Mansfield Building Society, Eligible, Mortgage Broker Tools and Mortgage Brain.

Martin Reynolds (pictured), CEO of SimplyBiz Mortgages, said: “Our 2020 Summer of Learning was a huge success, and we had some great feedback from attendees on not only the content, but also the unique format of the event. Mortgage brokers and advisers have faced many challenges over the past 18 months; operating in a turbulent market with constantly changing client needs, products and ways of working. As a sector, we should be proud of our resilience and adaptability, and a big part of that is brokers’ willingness to constantly develop, learn and engage with thought-leadership.

“One of the key focusses of SimplyBiz Mortgages is to provide and support our members’ growth and development, and the Summer of Learning certainly delivers this through access to the highest quality events and opportunities to interact with industry leading experts, the SimplyBiz team and, crucially, each other.”
