SimplyBiz Mortgages’ seasonal showcase returns

SimplyBiz Mortgages has will stage its second whole of market ‘Seasonal Showcase’ event on 31 January.

The Showcase, hosted in association with NatWest Intermediary Solutions, is the first of nearly 100 SimplyBiz Mortgages events due to take place during 2017. Held at the Holiday Inn, Borehamwood, the Showcase is open to both members and non-members of the SimplyBiz Group and will include an exhibition featuring over 40 lenders and providers.

A series of seminars will also be taking place, covering subjects including:

  • Buy-to-let – where next?
  • Demystifying the specialist market
  • General Insurance – fight the internet
  • Buy-to-let – get the right policy

Speakers include Guy Batchelor from Vida Homeloans; Bob Young, CEO at Fleet Mortgages; Roger Morris of Precise Mortgages; Pete Thomson from The Mortgage Lender; Rob Barnard of Pepper Homeloans; Adrian Moloney from One Savings Bank and Rob Jupp of Brightstar.

There will also be a lenders’ panel debate featuring Brad Fordham from Santander; Graham Felstead from NatWest and Kevin Purvey of the Coventry Building Society.

“Our inaugural Showcase event in December 2015 was a great success and we are delighted to announce its return in January next year,” said Martin Reynolds (pictured), CEO of SimplyBiz Mortgages.

“We have yet another stellar line up of speakers and senior members of the lending community who will be available to answer questions. 2017 will be a very interesting year, with many challenges, and this event will enable intermediaries to prepare early in the year.”
