SimplyBiz Mortgages offers Hinckley & Rugby exclusive

SimplyBiz Mortgages has launched a 90% LTV three year fixed rate exclusive through Hinckley & Rugby.

The deal is available for both purchase and re-mortgage.

It features a 2.69% rate fixed for three years, a 90% loan to value rate, a £199 arrangement fee, £800 completion fee and free valuation for re-mortgages up to £1m in valuation.
