Tipton & Coseley Building Society has joined the SimplyBiz Mortgages panel of lenders.

Members of SimplyBiz Mortgages now have direct access to the full range of Tipton & Coseley products within the 12 English counties in which they lend.

Martin Reynolds, chief executive of SimplyBiz Mortgages, said: “Adding Tipton & Coseley to our panel has allowed us to provide our members with additional opportunities and options.

“Their product offering, and more importantly their criteria and approach to underwriting, will enhance our panel of lenders.

“They have a number of niches within their criteria that will help our members place more business.”

Richard Groom, business development manager at the mutual, added: “Part of our plan for this year is to widen our intermediary reach, so we are delighted to be joining the SimplyBiz Mortgages panel as their members will offer us access to the types of customers that will complement our business model.

“Our criteria are bespoke in a number of areas which will offer members a number of new angles for their clients.”
