Simplify has announced the recruitment of 82 trainee conveyancers as part of its newly launched training programme, aimed at developing the next generation of professionals in the sector.
The announcement was made during National Conveyancing Week, which the firm says underlines its focus on training and career development within the industry.
The new programme is structured around a learning and development journey, combining technical skills, technology integration, and professional mindset training. A key feature is the introduction of a dedicated Advocate role, designed to provide trainees with ongoing support throughout their training.
The initiative also includes regular engagement with trainees, incorporating feedback and surveys to refine the experience in real-time.
Suzanne Easby (pictured), chief people officer at Simplify, said: “We’ve leveraged past learnings and provided workshops with key stakeholders to develop what we are confident is the best trainee conveyancer programme in the industry.
“As well as giving trainees the skills and tools necessary to perform their jobs well, we’ve designed a learning journey that prepares them all for long and successful conveyancing careers.”
Simplify says its has placed particular emphasis on selecting candidates with the right mindset, resilience, and adaptability to succeed in the conveyancing profession.
“This is a demanding profession that requires commitment, adaptability, and a passion for delivering excellent service,” Easby added. “We won’t bring people in unless they have the potential to thrive.”
