Signature Private Finance expands distribution

Signature Private Finance has appointed Brilliant Solutions to its distribution panel.

Nigel Robbins, Signature’s business development manager, said: “This is good news for us and for borrowers. This is a distributor that shares our philosophy in putting the needs of customers first, whilst demonstrating an understanding of the need for a fast and efficient service, when it comes to short-term funding.

“It’s been an encouraging first year and establishing a good rapport with Brilliant Solutions and its client base is another step in our plan. Their understanding of the market and ability to ensure quality of business and controlled volumes is second to none and we expect great things in the years ahead.”

Matthew Arena, managing director of Brilliant Group, said: “Signature might be reasonably new to the sector, but they are already impressing with their approach. They are definitely property people first, financiers second, which allows borrowers the opportunity to explain the value in their prospective deals, rather than just tick boxes on a form.

“These are early days, but the signs are we have an excellent, adaptable lender with a range of products that suit the needs of our clients. Given our ambitious growth plans for the sector in 2015, we are confident Signature will play a significant role in our success.”
