Signature appoints relationship manager

Signature Private Finance has appointed Amanda Meadows as its new relationship manager, with primary responsibility for the North of England.

Meadows (pictured) has over 20 years’ industry experience.

She said: “When the opportunity to join Signature presented itself, I recognised now was a good time to join this growing, ambitious business that is attracting new deals with its client-focussed service.

“Rather than turning people down, the firm has built a strong reputation for helping its clients secure the funds needed to deliver projects of all sizes, from bridging loans to purchase to refurbishment loans to add value.

“My role will be to develop the relationships we have with those clients and brokers able to deliver the regular volume business that will make an immediate impact to the success of Signature.

“I’m positive that my ability to think strategically and execute plans efficiently, working closely with our sales director Jon Preston, will allow the business to capitalise on recent success, offering a value-added service that will ultimately attract more business.”

Preston added: “This is an appointment that once again demonstrates our commitment to a client-centric service, recognising the value in building strong, mutually beneficial relationships with our clients.

“Amanda has an impressive track-record in similar roles and we have high hopes for her ability to boost our existing service offering, especially in the North of England.

“Following a period of significant business growth, it’s crucial that we bring in talented individuals who are capable of developing new and existing client relationships, delivering value through a personal approach that always seeks ways to lend, not turn deals down.

“It is our ambition to become the alternative short-term property finance funder of choice, which ensures a bright future for Signature and our customers, as we continue to grow our brand within the marketplace.”
