Rob-Holt

Rob Holt has been promoted by Shawbrook Bank to the position of sales executive within the commercial division’s internal sales desk.

The lender said his promotion recognises the value he continues to deliver within the sales team as one of the first points of contact for Shawbrook broker partners.

Holt (pictured) will help to determine whether new enquiries fit the lender’s criteria as well as advising brokers about process requirements and how to shape cases to suit the lender’s product range. He will also have a role in generating new business from broker partners in areas uncovered by the field sales teams.

He said: “I have really enjoyed getting to know Shawbrook’s highly professional broker panel and I have seen first-hand our team’s eagerness to lend in a sustainable manner.

“My new role will enable me to add further support to our broker partners and I look forward to the associated challenges.”

Karen Bennett, sales and marketing director for commercial mortgages, added: “Rob has only been with us since June but has already proven to be a highly valuable assert for our brokers.

“His promotion demonstrates our confidence in his ability to involve himself in complex cases and successfully give our brokers the support they need with initial and on-going enquiries.”
