Sensible Home Finance has become Masthaven Secured Loans’s latest lending partner to hit the £1 million completions mark.

Paul Brett (pictured), sales director at Masthaven, claimed Sensible Home Finance was typical of the “new breed of distribution partners”, which recognises that service and product suitability are as important as out and out pricing to customers.

He said: “Masthaven has deliberately opted for ensuring that the whole package we offer is fit for purpose. We have let many of our competitors be more aggressive in their pricing stance, preferring to let service and suitability be our key USP’s.

“The relationship with Sensible Home Finance is based on sound foundations based built around these principles. The SHF team has become a valuable supporter of the Masthaven proposition.”

Andrew Fisher, principal at Sensible Home Finance, added: “We are delighted to be recognised as one of Masthaven’s important introducers in this way. Masthaven have been excellent to deal with and clients have been very satisfied. I am sure that our relationship will go from strength to strength.”
