Secure Trust Bank widens distribution

Secure Trust Bank Mortgages has embarked upon a new partnership with Brilliant Solutions.

Brokers can choose to access products from Secure Trust Bank through Brilliant Solutions Mortgage Club or Brilliant Solutions Packaging Services, with the same procuration fee paid to brokers regardless of the channel they use.

Each application is individually underwritten and criteria is flexible.

Tony Hall (pictured), head of sales and marketing at Secure Trust Bank Mortgages, said: “Brilliant Solutions is one of the most established and respected distributors in the market and we are really pleased to make Secure Trust Bank products available to brokers using its mortgage club and packaging services.

“We treat every case on its own merits, using our criteria as an intelligent guide, not an insurmountable hurdle. This means that we can help brokers to place cases that might be too tricky for other lenders.”

Matthew Arena, managing director at Brilliant Solutions, added: “Secure Trust Bank’s approach to lending mirrors our own ethos; it helps our brokers and their clients when they need it the most.

“Secure Trust Bank is a welcome addition to both our fees free packaged panel and our direct to lender panel, ensuring that brokers continue to get our personalised service whilst being able to access these products through their channel of choice.”
