Secure Trust Bank Mortgages has expanded its distribution with Julian Harris Adviser Networks.

Secure Trust Bank offers lending for customers who are underserved by the high street and specialises in lending to the self-employed, contract workers, those with complex income and older borrowers.

Julian Harris of Julian Harris Adviser Networks, said: “We are very happy to expand our specialist lending department with the addition of Secure Trust Bank, who have built up a great reputation within this specialist area of lending.”

Tony Hall, head of sales and marketing at Secure Trust Bank Mortgages, added: “Julian Harris Adviser Networks is one of the most well-established distributors in the market and we are really pleased to be working with them.

“Brokers who use Julian Harris can be sure that Secure Trust Bank will always use individual underwriting and flexible criteria so that a strong case never goes ignored.

“This means that we can help brokers to place cases that might prove too difficult for other lenders.”
