ScotLend partners with Brickflow to expand bridging finance offering

Published on

ScotLend has announced a partnership with property finance marketplace Brickflow to broaden its reach across the UK.

The collaboration aims to improve ScotLend’s accessibility to brokers nationwide, supporting its ambition to expand beyond Scotland into England and Wales.

GROWTH BEYOND SCOTLAND

Since launching in September 2024, ScotLend has focused on providing “fast and flexible” bridging loans ranging from £30,000 to £2 million, secured against residential, commercial, and semi-commercial properties up to 75% loan-to-value (LTV).

The firm is now looking to establish a presence across the wider UK market.

The partnership with Brickflow is expected to accelerate this growth by increasing ScotLend’s visibility among brokers seeking bridging finance solutions.

David Travers, CEO of ScotLend, said the partnership with Brickflow aligns with the lender’s strategy to reach a wider broker audience.

He added: “We’ve seen the growth of Brickflow and noticed an increasing number of introducers advocating for the platform. This year we have ambitious targets and so, we consider Brickflow a natural strategic partner.

“We are quick, nimble and experienced, and we want to deliver an outstanding experience for all of our brokers and their borrowers. We look forward to working with Brickflow and seeing ScotLend grow. We want to reach as many brokers as possible, and we’re confident that Brickflow can help us achieve that this year.”
