Sesame Bankhall Specialist Lending Services (SBSLS) has added Aldermore to its growing panel of specialist lenders.

This will give advisers access to Aldermore’s range of products, including specific offerings to help secure funding for houses in multiple occupancy, along with those looking to expand their property portfolios or who are seeking funding for tailored commercial mortgages.

John Cupis, managing director, mortgages at Sesame Bankhall Group, said: “Sesame Bankhall Specialist Lending Services is committed to helping advisers place even the most complex of mortgage cases.

“We are very pleased to have further extended our offering with the addition of Aldermore and I am sure that its range of buy-to-let and commercial products will prove popular with our members.”

Rob Lankey, managing director, Aldermore Commercial Mortgages, added: “Not only do we offer a comprehensive commercial mortgage proposition which includes funding for property development projects but we also provide a professional, fast and reliable service.

“We are looking forward to working closely with SBSLS and its advisers over the coming months.”
