Sales head quits Platform

Jason Berry, Platform’s head of sales, has left the specialist lender.

Berry joined the Britannia-owned lender in 1999 as a business development manager, progressing to regional sales manager, divisional sales manager and then a key account manager. He became Platform’s head of sales in October 2007.

BestAdvice.net understands he will be joining a general insurance provider in the new year.

In a statement, Platform said it remains “committed to building its presence in the mainstream intermediary market and building on the progress that has been made over the last 12 months.””
