Saffron For Intermediaries partners with Positive Lending

The Saffron Building Society has revealed a new distribution partnership with Positive Lending.

The relationship enables brokers to access Saffron’s specialist suite of products through a dedicated intermediary mortgage portal.

As a distributor, Positive Lending has joined Saffron as a ‘Club’ member and will have access to a range of mortgage solutions with options for the broker to provide a bespoke solution for their customers where it might be required.

Positive Lending has also come on board as a packager for Saffron’s self-build mortgage range, removing much of the administrative burden from the broker in this specialist area of lending.

Anita Arch, head of mortgage sales at the Saffron, said: “We are delighted to welcome Positive Lending as a new Saffron partner. We look forward to providing a service that really looks at the individual needs of their customers and provides a mortgage product which is best suited to them.”

Paul McGonigle (pictured), Positive Lending’s CEO, added: “We are pleased to partner with Saffron and be able to provide intermediaries with even more specialist lending options. Positive Lending adds value to intermediaries and their clients by being able to source the very best specialist loan outcomes available for them.

“This customer centric approach is central to all that we do and our partnership with Saffron further strengths our proposition.

“We’ve already tested intermediary reaction to Saffron’s self-build loan product and we believe it will be in great demand.”
