Roz Cawood joins Lendinvest

Lendinvest has announced that Roz Cawood has joined as national account manager.

She joins from Precise Mortgages, where she was national sales manager.

Cawood (pictured) is an experienced finance professional, having previously worked for Legal & General, Beacon Homeloans, SPML, Capital Home Loans and The Mortgage Corporation.

John Prust, Lendinvest’s sales and marketing director, said: “Roz’s professionalism and recognized lending experience
can only help us achieve our ambitious growth plans.”

Lendinvest, which specializes in bridging and other short term finance lending, achieved another record new business month in March. First quarter completions exceeded £60 million.

Prust added: “Our proposition of highly competitive products and fast completion is proving attractive to an ever
increasing number of introducers. We completed another two cases in April within five working days from initial telephone enquiry.”
