Rosemount Financial Solutions (IFA) has announced a partnership with conveyancing panel, SortRefer.

The new relationship will provide the independent mortgage and protection network’s advisers with referral opportunities for conveyancing, homebuyer surveys and valuations, EPC ratings, as well as offering independent legal advice.

SortRefer is a free to use online portal for mortgage advisers. Built and launched in 2009, it offers a range of products and services to support advisers’ clients during their home move/remortgage process.

The new partnership will provide Rosemount’s 117 advisers access to home buying and selling tools, such as quotations for relevant products including conveyancing. This service enables advisers to track customer’s journeys in real time.

Ahmed Bawa, CEO at Rosemount Financial Solutions (IFA) Ltd, said: “We’re pleased to announce this new partnership with SortRefer. One of our aims is to simplify the process of buying a home and SortRefer’s platform offers solutions for this.

“The new agreement will not only provide our advisers with the tools to earn through referrals, but also provide them with a full tool belt of conveyancing services. SortRefer’s innovative technology will help streamline the home buying journey and we look forward to working alongside them to achieve this.”

Graham Le Bas, head of broker proposition at SortRefer, added: “We are thrilled to be working with Rosemount. Our software simplifies the whole process of conveyancing, by bringing the solutions onto one platform. We can tailor the platform to suit the needs of the adviser and best of all it’s incredibly easy to use. Whether it’s conveyancing, surveys or valuations, we can provide instant access to these products and services, allowing advisers to offer these to their clients and earn from these referrals.

“With over 15 years of experience, we know exactly what advisers’ needs are and will be working closely with Rosemount in order to build a strong relationship with its advisers.”
