Roma Finance joins Optimum Elite panel

Optimum Commercial has added specialist bridging, development and buy-to-let lender, Roma Finance, to its new Optimum Elite Panel.

Roma Finance has been working with Optimum Commercial for a number of years. This new panel appointment is in line with the development of Optimum Elite, its commercial finance network.

Optimum Commercial was recently appointed a preferred packager to the Primis Network.

Nick Jones (pictured), commercial director at Roma Finance, said: “We are delighted to be in partnership with both Optimum Commercial and Optimum Elite and are looking forward to supporting their partners and the business as a whole.

“We have similar beginnings; both born from the ideals of doing things differently and being customer-centric. This new agreement is a natural step forwards and we are excited for what the partnership will bring.”

Chris Duckworth, national sales director at Optimum Commercial, added: “Roma Finance is an agile and innovative lender with a unique proposition and we are thrilled to be able to bring their offering to our partners.

“The demand for bridging and development finance is continuing to increase and our advisers need good and stable new options for their customers. This partnership is a great opportunity for both businesses and I am looking forward to a future full of success.”
