Roma Finance has appointed Sonia Mann as head of field sales.

She has also joined the senior leadership team.

Mann (pictured) has been in the financial services market for 26 years and joins the business from CrowdProperty. She will be responsible for the overall implementation of the key sales strategies and relationships.

Roma has plans to become a £350 million business and says that Mann’s appointment marks a key date in these growth plans.

Michael Allison, commercial director, said: “I am simply delighted to have Sonia on board. Her experience, dynamics and values make her the ideal choice to lead our external sales team. We haven’t been shy with our plans and our growth trajectory continues to surpass expectations.

“On a personal note I am thrilled Sonia will be joining the Roma family.”

Mann added: “I have watched Roma advance over the last couple of years and I am really excited to join such an energised environment. The reputation and ethics of the business are first class and I am looking forward to working with the team and putting my specialist lending and business development skills into play.”
