Repossessions sales not vastly discounted

Whitehotproperty.co.uk has claimed that the average sale price for a repossessed property in England is £151,700

The website argues that repossessions are not on average sold at vastly discounted prices, but do offer value for money for buyers.

On average, properties sold for £9,737 (6.4%) less than comparable properties on the Halifax Property Index (HPI). The South East had the greatest markdown with properties trading at a 13.5% discount. However, in the North West, properties were receiving comparable offers.
