Record month for Mint Property Finance

Published on

Mint Property Finance has recorded its biggest month to date, with a 19% increase in completions and 32% increase in enquiries.

The lender recently unveiled its new brand identity and announced a three-year commercial strategy.

Andrew Lazare, Mint’s managing director, said: “We started the year with ambitious plans and just three months in I’m pleased to share we’ve made the first important step towards realising them, celebrating our most successful month on record,” said Lazare.

“The response to our new brand identity together with the implementation of our new sales and marketing strategy has been incredible. There’s a real belief in the brand and in our future direction; it’s brought a real sense of unity to the team and we’re already seeing the positive impact of that.

“I for one can’t remember feeling as passionate about the business as I do today, it feels like an entirely different organisation to the way it was towards the latter part of last year. The pipeline has never been stronger and we’re looking forward to the months ahead.”
