Bridging lender Tiuta has claimed May to be a record month in terms of the number of new deals completed.

Last month it completed 29% more deals than in April. It also expects the pipeline of business to be completed in June to “comfortably surpass”” that of May both in terms of number of deals and the amount of money lent
