RAW Capital Partners has signed a sponsorship deal with Richmond Rugby for the 2024/25 season.

The Guernsey-based specialist investment manager is now the headline sponsor of one of the world’s oldest rugby clubs (formed in 1861) and a founding member of the Rugby Football Union.

The sponsorship deal includes branding on the front of the Men’s, Women’s and Youth Boys and Girls kits.

Nick Preston, chairman of Richmond Rugby, said: “We are delighted to welcome RAW Capital Partners on board as our new main sponsor for the 2024/25 season and we are excited about this new relationship, which we hope is the start of a long-term partnership.”

“We look forward to supporting RAW in their efforts to grow their profile both locally and nationally and all our teams will wear the RAW-branded Richmond shirts with great pride as we look forward to a successful season ahead.”

Ben Nichols, managing director of RAW Capital Partners, added: “Richmond Rugby is rugby’s original rugby club. What better rugby partner could we have as we look to raise the profile of our business, and we wish all the Richmond Rugby teams the very best of luck in the coming season.”
