Rates cut by Scottish Widows Bank

Scottish Widows Bank has reduced rates on its Professional and Flexible mortgage product range.

Two year fixed rates now include:

  • 0-60% LTV with a £999 booking fee cut by up to 0.2 percentage points, with rates starting from 1.99% (Flexible) and 1.79% (Professional)
  • 0-60% LTV with a £1499 booking fee reduced by up to 0.2 percentage points, with rates starting from 1.79% (Flexible) and 1.59% (Professional)

Three year fixed rates include:

  • 0-60% LTV with a £0 booking fee reduced by up to 0.1  percentage points, with rates starting from 2.59% (Flexible) and 2.39% (Professional)
  • 0-60% LTV with a £1499 booking fee reduced by up to 0.1 percentage points, with rates starting from 2.29% (Flexible) and 2.09% (Professional)
