Rate cuts from Lloyds

Lloyds Bank has made rate cuts in its mortgage product range and has introduced new offers for its customers.

It has launched a new two-year fixed rate at 75-85% LTV, 2.74% with a £995 fee for Club Lloyds customers, 2.94% otherwise, for homemovers.

For first time buyers there is the launch of a new two-year fixed rate at 75-85% LTV, 2.29% with a £995 fee for Club Lloyds customers, 2.49% otherwise.

Finally, Lloyds has reduced its two-year fixed rate remortgage at 60-75% LTV by 0.10 percentage points to 2.34% with £0 fee for Club Lloyds customers, 2.54% otherwise.
