Quantum Mortgages welcomes L&C Mortgages to panel

Quantum Mortgages, the specialist buy-to-let lender, has announced the addition of L&C Mortgages to its panel.

L&C Mortgages will have access to its entire product range which includes:

  • Single unit properties – accommodates houses and flats, lending up to 80% LTV and refinance bridging loans with a day one remortgage
  • Multi-unit range – accommodates MUFB’s & HMOs up to six units/rooms and holiday lets, lending up to 75% LTV
  • Specialist range – facilitates loans on property types not usually available to landlords, semi commercial, ex local authority flats up to 12 storeys, deck access, small studios with no maximum age
  • Expat and foreign national – lends up to 75% LTV to a foreign resident without any UK residency so long as they own at least one other investment property
  • QML Pro – is a more specialist range for properties and circumstances that do not fit the standard Quantum Mortgages criteria
