Quantum Mortgages appoints new BDMs

Quantum Mortgages has strengthened its sales team with the appointment of two new business development managers, as the lender continues to expand its reach in the specialist buy-to-let market.

Nik Sukara and Lichelle Samra have joined the business to work alongside national account managers Paul Ormonde and Zouhair Mihramane, under the leadership of chief commercial officer, Harsha Dahyea.

Nik Sukara

Sukara brings a strong background in specialist lending, having previously held senior business development roles at Bluestone Mortgages and Livemore. He will be responsible for supporting brokers across the north of England, with a particular emphasis on building close intermediary relationships.

Lichelle Samra

Samra, who has worked at Catalyst, NatWest, MPowered Mortgages and Prosperity Wealth, will cover the Midlands. She will focus on assisting specialist brokers with complex buy-to-let cases, including those involving clients based overseas.

Sukara said: “Joining Quantum Mortgages is an exciting step for me. The team’s commitment to innovation and broker support really stood out. I’m looking forward to helping advisers across the North place more complex cases.”

Samra added: “Quantum’s fresh approach to specialist lending is exactly what the market needs. I’m passionate about helping brokers deliver great outcomes for their clients, and I’m thrilled to be part of a team that shares that vision.”

Dahyea welcomed the appointments, saying: “Nik and Lichelle bring experience and energy to our growing sales team. We’re delighted to welcome them both to the team and are excited to see the positive impact they have in these two regions.”
