Pure Retirement partners with Keylu

Pure Retirement has revealed its new partnership with Keylu, enabling advisers to support their customers with lifetime planning that goes beyond their lifetime mortgage.

Keylu is a secure online platform which enables customers to store important documents and personal memories in one safe place. From wills and insurance documents to personal photos and videos, Keylu allows these important things to be kept secure and easily located by the right people at the right time, with the aim of keeping things simple for customers and their families at a time when they may need it most.

Pure’s recent brand report highlighted the importance of social responsibility for advisers wanting to engage with the over 50s market, and advisers have since been asking what they can do to give something back from a charitable perspective, to elevate their brand in the eyes of potential customers.

The new partnership with Keylu offers advisers the chance to give something back and add value for their clients by providing them with access to a Keylu account. Or for advisers who would rather use the opportunity as a revenue making stream for their business, they are able to receive a referral fee every time a customer creates their own annual Keylu account.

Rachel Pease (pictured), head of marketing at Pure Retirement, said: “Keylu are a company who really share the ethos of Pure Retirement, providing an invaluable lifetime planning tool that could really make a difference to the lives of our customers.

“It’s important to us to offer customers support where we can that goes beyond just the lifetime mortgages we provide, adding benefit from a much wider perspective.”

Ian Dibb, CEO at Keylu, added: “It’s a pleasure to be working with Pure Retirement and their network of advisers, reaching out to their customers and letting them know that this resource is available to them. Organising things in one safe place can really simplify things for themselves and their families, allowing them to enjoy their later life without unnecessary worry.

“We’re proud to work closely with organisations like Pure Retirement who add real value to the communities they serve, and whose services so closely align with our own vision and values.”
