New research from More Than Home Insurance indicates that drunk Brits in the home have caused almost £700 million pounds worth of damage through fires, floods, breakages and leaving their properties open to burglars.

83% of those surveyed said they enjoyed a drink at home, but 61% admit that they are “regularly drunk”” in their homes.
