PruProtect has unveiled a free personalised email campaign service for intermediaries.

The Connect tool, which is free to use for all advisers recommending PruProtect, lets the user choose from a number of email templates which can be personalised with the firm’s own logo and brand, then upload their client data and produce targeted marketing campaigns to highlight the need for Protection to their customers.

In addition, campaign results can be analysed in real time via web or mobile access, with management information including in depth detail such as where in the country emails are being viewed, number of opened emails, percentage of click throughs and the number of times the campaign has been ‘shared’ on social media.

Connect also shows advisers which devices their customers are using to access emails, be it on their iPhone or through a desktop. While the clients’ data is held remotely at all times and never accessed by the provider.

Kelly Thomas, head of marketing, said: “PruProtect is dedicated to delivering more to our intermediaries. This unique, free tool will help advisers grow and enhance their client relationships with PruProtect picking up the cost.

“We know that more and more intermediaries are focussing on Protection, post RDR, and Connect is just one of the ways we are committed to supporting them.”
