Property Butler offers conveyancing app

Published on

Property Butler, the conveyancing and concierge service for estate agents, has launched a mobile app for iOS and Android smartphones.

Alongside Property Butler’s web platform, the new mobile app provides estate agents with the ability to quote within seconds for conveyancing costs for sale and purchase while out of the office.

Real time case tracking notifications are also available with the app, keeping the user up to date on the progression of their cases.

Property Butler, which launched its service in May this year, uses technology pioneered by sister company SortRefer.

Tim Price, director of Property Butler, said: “Estate agents now have the ability to quote and track conveyancing for clients within seconds, from wherever they are, offering significant benefits to increase sales and complement the sales progression process for busy property professionals.

“This truly heralds a further breakthrough for estate agency clients of Property Butler, who can now literally offer clients conveyancing services from their pocket.”
