Promotions at Countrywide Land & New Homes

Countrywide Land & New Homes has announced two internal appointments.

Steve Lillistone, most recently sales and marketing manager for Bairstow Eves London region has been appointed as East London area director, whilst Jason Maresca has joined the division as North London area director, following his latest role of North London regional manager for Bairstow Eves.

Both have worked their way up the Countrywide estate agency network, predominantly in commuter belt areas. Previous roles have included junior negotiator, senior negotiator, sales manager, branch manager and regional manager, with responsibility for a number of outer London estate agency branches.

Lillistone has over 19 years experience with Countrywide, whilst Maresca started his career with Countrywide as a junior negotiator in the Bletchley area in 1999.
